Intellectual property rights
In this legal notice the term “website” covers all websites at www.meblojogi.si (hereinafter: the Website). The owner and administrator of the Website is MEBLO INT, the production of sleep products, Ltd., Kromberk, Industrijska cesta 5, 5000 Nova Gorica (hereinafter: MEBLO INT Ltd.), which is also the copyright holder of all copyright works that are in any way possible included on the Website. All the information and images published on the Website (texts, photographs, sketches, maps and plans and possible computer programs) are the property of MEBLO INT Ltd. and the subject of copyright protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 21/1995 and 9/2001). All rights reserved. The user can use content on the Website exclusively for their personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the contents on the Website (such as copying, reproduction, distribution, etc.) for commercial purposes is prohibited.
MEBLO INT Ltd. reserves the right to modify, add or remove contents posted on the Website at any time and in any time, regardless of the reason and without prior notice. All users use all published content at their own risk.
Limitation of use of information and materials

MEBLO INT Ltd. undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the personal information of the Website users. Any collected information will be used solely to improve the use of the Website and for the purposes approved by the Site users. Personal data and contact information will not be used for other purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties that are not processors of personal data in a business relationship with MEBLO INT Ltd. without explicit permission of the user.
MEBLO INT Ltd. will use the collected personal data of the Website user for the purposes of marketing and will inform him about the offers through various means of communication. The legal notice is prepared on the basis of the legislation in force at the time, taking into account the recommendations of the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, whereby the materials and other information used can also be accessed through the information portal of the Information Commissioner (Public Information of Slovenia, Information Commissioner) and can be updated according to changes in services and activities and feedback from users.
Slovenian law is used for potential disputes arising from the use of the Website. The court in Nova Gorica is competent to resolve any disputes.
By using the Website, the user acknowledges that he has accepted the terms and conditions described herein and agrees with them.
The legal notice shall apply from the date of publication until the cancellation or any change.
